They have the comparative advantage of offering privacy and discretion to the family or friends who wish their own holiday home. Exciting atmosphere, elegance, comfort are just some of the features of an Eco Bungalow. Ideal for families with children or a group of friends who do not want to share their holidays with other people. They are designed carefully based on the satisfaction of the requirements of a family or a small group of friends. The visitors enjoys high quality accommodation and service at affordable prices, in a magical atmosphere, with discretion and comfort. They also enjoy a "green healthy environment", with all the comforts of a technologically modern space.

 

Based on Greek market statistics, three scenarios were analyzed:

  • Conservative scenario with occupancy 33% (120 Nights)
  • Normal scenario with occupancy 45% (163 Nights)
  • Optimistic scenario with occupancy 55% (200 Nights)

 

We list the results of the normal scenario with the following assumptions:

 

  • Eco Bungalows, given they are architecturally designed and built with quality materials, compete with 4-star hotels.
  • Therefore, the average rental rate is 120€/night for each Eco Bungalow.
  • 80% of visitors want a Mediterranean breakfast of 7€.
  • We also calculate revenue/expenses from Mini Bar consumption and activities.
  • Airport transfers.
